  1. Image Storage & Retention
  • Digital images are stored securely using encrypted, password‑protected systems, no names or personal information is linked to your image, if you lose the image code, there is no way to retrieve your will be auto deleted in 4 years
  • Images are retained for up to 4 years unless you request deletion sooner.
  • Backup copies may be stored to prevent accidental loss.
  • RAW files may be deleted after final images are delivered.

  • Professional print labs (only when you order prints)
